    Course Description
    The Technical Skills Level 1 course is intended for the beginning coach and the coach of players at the U8 or younger age group. This course will introduce coaches to the technical skills appropriate for the U6-U8 age groups.

    Coaches will learn:
    How to correctly perform the skills
    How and when to demonstrate skills to their players
    How to incorporate technical skill instruction into games and activities
    Age appropriate skill benchmarks for each age group

    Course Length: 3 hours on the field

    Testing: There is no testing involved

    Cost: Free of charge
